SHIPPING POLICY

We will make any and every attempt to package your order with the upmost care. With that being said, when purchasing from Creekwood Designs you are a purchasing from small business that is handmaking your order. Therefore, we are not equip to cover the overhead and time lost from packages that are damaged or lost after leaving our care.
 

Because of this policy and to protect our customers, we only ship via USPS Priority. Priority shipping includes $50 insurance for lost or damaged items - which, insurance amount can be increased per customer expense . Please inform us if you would like to increase this insurance amount, otherwise it will default to the included amount. All shipping insurance claims should be directed towards USPS - however, we are here to assist you with your claim.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We uphold a high standard of quality control and consider all orders personal. For all custom orders, mock up photos will be submitted for customer approval before shipping. Please shop with care - due to the hours and meticulous care spent on each handmade product, we cannot accept returns at this time.

We are happy to cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation if product has begun production.
